comprehensive
and as if you were here to protect your investment. Our
services can
be tailored to any situation.
Valley Escapes LLC offers a broad range
of services
and if we don't offer the service you desire, we can arrange
it. Our
weekly evaluation includes hands on observation and correcting
of all
operational household systems. We will document the outdoor
conditions,
indoor conditions, a specific evaluation of the condition of
your home,
including plumbing systems, electrical systems, safety
systems, appliance
functions, upcoming weather conditions and their effect on
your home.
We strive to keep status quo while your away. We offer several
levels
of the service.
Should you choose not to rent your second home to third
parties; we will
supervise your property until you can visit again. This
includes weekly
monitoring of your home, regulation of minimum and/or
maximum acceptable
temperature of your unit as well as adjusting the acceptable
temperature
for your arrival, insect and rodent infestation monitoring,
recommended
maintenance (I.e. window cleaning, filter changes on
temperature systems,
extermination of expected insect infestation (box elder
bugs), pantry
stuffing if you desire, seasonal maintenance of the grounds
in expectation
of your arrival.
Should you choose to rent on your own to third-parties, Valley
Escapes LLC will do everything within your non-rental
agreement,
along with meeting your guests with keys and unit
orientation, pre-arrival
inspection, post-arrival inspection including photos of any
changes
with your property, pantry stuffer services for your guests,
in unit
references for Valley events, discounts, maps, etc.
Should you choose to have Valley Escapes, LLC, rent your home to third-parties, we will do everything included in your non-rental agreement, your VRBO agreement, and make all the arrangements with the guest, including collecting the rental monies and providing damage insurance. You will receive a monthly accounting of income and expenses and we pay our owner's monthly.
